Boarding (24 hour supervision)

Waipahu-Leeward Veterinary Clinic provides boarding for dogs, cats, birds, and small exotics.  Priority boarding reservations are given to our regular clients.  Pets are boarded in comfortable surroundings in runs, cat condos, or standard kennels. All dogs are exercised at least three to four times a day and are cared for by our experienced staff.  These kennel caregivers watch for physical or behavioral problems, and promptly report any concerns to the medical staff.  Bringing your own diets and treats is always welcome and we follow your instructions to ensure that your pet is getting the care you would give them.  Administration of medications can also be performed as instructed by the owner.  Pet visitations are welcome during normal business hours.  

Immunizations

We do require that pets have current immunizations
before they are admitted into the clinic for boarding.
The required vaccines for dogs include distemper,
hepatitis, leptospirosis and corona as well as bordetella.
The required vaccines for cats include feline distemper
and leukemia.  To expedite check-in, you may print out
our boarding information sheet and have it completed
at the time of admission.
